Meet Carlos Rios

Carlos Rios was born in Los Angeles and raised in Northern Kentucky, but these days you’ll find him right here on Florida’s Gulf Coast, helping buyers and sellers make their next big move. With about a decade in real estate, Carlos focuses on St. Pete, Clearwater, Belleair Bluffs, Indian Rocks Beach, Tampa, and just about every beach town in between.

What drew Carlos to real estate was simple — he’s always had a knack for connecting with people. Combine that with a love for the area and a genuine passion for helping families through one of life’s biggest milestones, and it was a natural fit.

When he’s not showing homes or closing deals, Carlos is usually watching or playing sports. Golf, tennis, basketball, you name it — he’s game. He also spends time trading futures and, back when he lived in Fort Myers, he volunteered as a football coach at Canterbury School. In 2022, his hard work earned him the International Sterling Society Award.
