Born and raised in Pinellas County, Cody understands what this growing community can truly offer with setting down roots. Throughout college, he was always looking from the outside in, on different styles of local architecture, what that indescribable feeling of owning a home must be like, and he knew that was the path he was meant to take. After he graduated from the University of South Florida (Tampa) with a biomedical science degree, he was finally exposed to the world of real estate. After his first sale it really showed Cody how rewarding it was to help somebody find their dream home and make one of the biggest financial purchases of their lives. That meaningful lasting connection with someone cannot be made in a laboratory. Volunteering at Metropolitan Ministries as a USF Pre-Med American Medical Student, Cody understood the real need that is growing in Tampa Bay to come together as a united community. Fun fact, he actually used to race motocross competitively from 6 years old up until he was 22, now he just rides for fun. When he’s not showing homes or on the racetrack, you’ll find him taking his golden retrievers out on the boat and hanging out at the sand bar. Home ownership and advocating for that is Cody’s passion and he will help you get there in any way he can.
