Born and raised in Berlin, Germany, Daniel Simon brings a global background and a practical, investor-minded approach to real estate. After spending the past 30 years living in Florida, he now serves buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Tampa Bay area. Daniel’s entry into real estate came through flipping properties, giving him real, hands-on experience with renovations, property values, and market timing. Over the years, he has flipped 16 properties and successfully sold 10 residential and commercial properties across Germany and Spain.
