He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University, providing a strong analytical foundation for evaluating market trends, lease structures, and investment opportunities. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Darren spent more than 20 years in the restaurant industry, including leadership roles as an Executive Chef and Sous Chef in high-end steakhouse concepts. This background gives him a unique operational perspective when working with restaurant and hospitality tenants and allows him to better understand the factors that drive successful locations.
