Emmy Nicholson has always been driven by one thing: helping people reach goals that actually matter to them. She got her start in car sales, where she built a reputation for going the extra mile and earned 14 Salesperson of the Month awards along the way. Helping someone drive off in their dream car was rewarding—but helping someone step into their dream home felt like the natural next chapter. Born and raised in Plano, Texas, Emmy grew up around real estate and always imagined herself selling homes near the water. Today, she serves Belleair Beach, Indian Rocks, and Dunedin, bringing energy, attention, and genuine care to every client she works with. As a new agent, she’s especially hands-on—making sure no question goes unanswered and no detail gets overlooked. Outside of real estate, Emmy loves staying active. You’ll usually find her working out, playing pickleball, walking outdoors, or checking out new restaurants and local spots with friends and family. Friendly, driven, and client-focused, Emmy is all in on creating a great experience from start to finish.
