Hi there! I’m Gail Rich. I grew up in Providence, Rhode Island, but I’ve called St. Augustine home since 2008, when I moved here with my three kids. With over nine years of experience, I’ve been helping people across Saint Johns, Duval, Clay, and Putnam counties find a place they truly love. Real estate has always been close to my heart—it’s a big step, and being part of that journey with my clients is something I genuinely enjoy.

As a certified Military Relocation Professional, I have a special understanding of the unique needs that come with military moves and how to make them as smooth as possible. I’m grateful to have been recognized as a Top Sales Agent and Volunteer of the Year in Saint Johns County—both mean a lot to me as they reflect my commitment to my clients and the community.

Outside of real estate, you’ll often find me coaching pickleball, leading Spin classes, or volunteering with groups like Betty Griffin House, Girls on the Run, Upwards Pickleball, and K9s for Warriors. Staying active and giving back to the community are things I genuinely enjoy.
