Hi, I’m Kelsey Kay. Jacksonville has been a constant in my life, even when I wasn’t living here full-time. I was born in Jacksonville, grew up in South Florida, and moved back when I was 17. With my dad living here during my childhood, I spent plenty of time in the area, so it always felt like home. Since becoming a real estate agent in 2019, I’ve had the privilege of helping families in Clay and Duval counties find homes where they can create lasting memories.

I fell in love with real estate after buying my first home in 2017. That experience showed me just how impactful a home can be—not just a place to live, but a place where life happens. It also inspired me to help others navigate this exciting and sometimes overwhelming process. Whether you’re buying your first home or selling a place filled with memories, I’m here to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

When I’m not working, I’m all about spending time outdoors with my husband and our four kids. Whether exploring new spots, or cheering on my daughter at her softball games and my son at baseball, family time is what I cherish most.
