Meet Linda Overstreet

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Linda Overstreet has been part of the North Florida real estate scene longer than most. She first got her license back in 1981, worked in the business for several years, then took a detour into construction—becoming a licensed general contractor. In 2022, she returned to real estate full-time, bringing decades of hands-on experience with her.

Linda works with buyers and sellers across Duval, Baker, St. Johns, and Nassau counties, offering a no-fluff, get-it-done approach. Her deep understanding of homes—from the foundation to the finishes—makes her an asset whether you’re buying your first place or selling your tenth.

Outside of real estate, she’s just as rooted in her community. She’s been playing Bunco with the same group of friends for nearly 50 years (yes, really), loves tending to her yard, and never misses a Gators football game. She’s also a big supporter of St. Jude and local animal shelters.
