Hi, I’m Malia Smiley! I’m here to help you make your real estate dreams come true with the amazing MavRealty team. Growing up in Honolulu, Hawaii, I was surrounded by my family’s real estate business and saw early on how owning property can change lives.

I’ve been in real estate for over 11 years now, and I’ve spent 22 years owning and managing properties, including Airbnbs. I’ve worked all over Tampa Bay—from Clearwater and Dunedin to Indian Rocks Beach, Madeira Beach, and beyond. I love helping people buy and sell luxury homes, vacation properties, and new builds, and I’ve closed $8-15 million in sales each year.

One thing that sets me apart is my marketing strategy. I’m the only agent in Tampa Bay using the Platform marketing approach with MavRealty. My listings get massive exposure on Facebook, reaching over 70,000 people with targeted ads that get shared around like crazy. It’s all about making sure your property gets seen by the right buyers.

Beyond real estate, I’m passionate about giving back. After 9/11, I spent months at the World Trade Center helping with rescue efforts. I’ve also worked with Puerto Rican inmates to help them get back on their feet, and I started a nonprofit in Haiti after the 2010 earthquake that’s still making an impact today.

When I’m not working, you can catch me on the volleyball court, raising my kids, traveling, or tackling my next remodeling project.
