Michael Wallace is a Sarasota native with a lifelong appreciation for the Gulf Coast lifestyle. From navigating the mangroves to catching sunsets on Siesta Key, he knows what makes the area special—and he brings that local insight to every client he works with.

Before real estate, Michael spent more than a decade in insurance sales and customer service, where he learned the value of clear communication, building trust, and putting people first. That experience now allows him to guide buyers and sellers through important decisions with confidence and ease.

Today, Michael helps clients buy and sell homes across Sarasota and Manatee counties. Whether it’s a relocation, an investment property, or the sale of a longtime family home, his goal is to make the process smooth, straightforward, and even enjoyable.

Outside of real estate, Michael can often be found on the golf course or heading out into the Gulf for a fishing trip.
