About Nina

Nina Becker is a Florida-licensed real estate broker and Managing Broker with MavRealty, specializing in Seminole, Largo, St. Petersburg, and communities throughout Pinellas County. A Seminole resident herself, Nina combines firsthand neighborhood knowledge with the contract, compliance, pricing, and negotiation experience that comes from brokerage leadership.

Nina has helped more than 200 families buy and sell homes, representing more than $100 million in career sales volume. She ranks among the Top 1% of real estate agents in Pinellas County and has closed 30 homes in 2026 year to date. Her work ranges from single-family homes and condominiums to investment properties, relocation purchases, and sales that require careful coordination around inspections, insurance, appraisals, title, and financing.

Originally from Frankfurt, Germany, Nina studied Psychology and Sociology at Goethe University before building her life and career in Tampa Bay. She speaks English and German and understands both the practical and emotional sides of a major move. Clients value her direct communication, strong advocacy, detailed preparation, and ability to keep complicated transactions moving toward closing.

Outside of real estate, Nina is active in her Seminole community and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
