Stewart DeVore grew up in Huntington Beach, California, with family roots in Wichita, Kansas, and has called Indian Rocks Beach home since 2004. He’s been helping people buy and sell homes since 2013, focusing on the Barrier Islands, Pinellas County, and South Tampa.

He’s the kind of agent who genuinely loves guiding people through one of life’s biggest decisions. Stewart pulled away from private equity to join a two-person team so he could focus on what he does best: helping clients from all walks of life find the right home, property, or investment. He’s self-motivated, passionate about the Florida lifestyle, and always puts clients first—he doesn’t disappear after the paperwork is signed.

With a deep understanding of Florida construction, codes, and storm mitigation, Stewart has a network of trusted contacts ready for anything—from contractors to insurance specialists. In 2025 alone, he closed $9.3 million in sales and has earned multiple Top Producer awards, including RE/MAX Hall of Fame and RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement.

Community matters to Stewart. He’s been a long-time board member for the Board of Adjustments and Appeals in Indian Rocks Beach and volunteers with GreenTown Kids, coaching youth sports and giving back whenever he can.

When he’s not helping clients, you’ll likely find Stewart boating, fishing, hiking, camping—or hunting down the best local taco spots. He’s ASA 101 Sailing Certified and holds a B.S. in Sociology and Integrated Marketing Communications from Florida State University, plus training from the Bob Hogue School of Real Estate.
